— Terms of Service & Process
TERMS OF SERVICE ;— By commissioning me you're purchasing my time and labor, and a copy of the commissioned artwork.— I hold the right to decline a commission for any reason.— Please be willing to provide references and/or explain in detail what you're looking for, and generally work with me.— Half of the full price must be paid upfront, this is non-negotiable.— Requesting a notable change anytime during coloring before completion will charge a fee, this fee will be discussed mutually; larger changes will cost more.— Cancellation and request of a refund during the later linework stage will result in a 75% refund; refund requests during coloring before completion will result in a 50% refund.— Full refunds are only available if I have not yet started on the artwork, or if I have only just started; also see below.— If for any reason I am unable to, or incapable of completing a commission, you will be notified and receive a full refund.— My commissions are for personal use only, this is non-negotiable.— The artwork itself cannot be altered, traced, recolored, or have the watermark removed in any capacity. However, it may be resized and/or cropped to be used as an icon, wallpaper, or for any other non-commercial format.— The artwork can be posted on social media as long as proper credit is applied, proper credit consists of any of my links, gmail, and/or @'s.— I hold the right to post any artwork to social media and be used in my personal and/or professional portfolio; however you may request the artwork's privacy.— I DO NOT consent to any of my artwork, commission or personal, to be used to train any type of AI.
PROCESS ;Once the first payment is received, I will begin the process of drawing your commission when I am available.Depending on what type of commission you request, how detailed your character or characters are, how many people are in queue, and other factors, your commission may take from the day of, to up to 2 weeks. I will give you an estimate turnover time.I start out using 2000x2000px, however the end products size will vary as I increase or decrease the size during the process. The finished artwork will be in PNG format.Throughout the linework process I may message you to ask questions, send a picture of the linework, and anything related; you're welcome to message me at any time with your own ideas, references, and anything else commission related. You may also ask for changes for free at this time.You will be notified when I'm moving onto coloring and finalization. Once the artwork is completed, an example of the finished product will be shown and the final payment is required; once payment is confirmed you will receive your clear copy.If you have any questions or concerns, contact me at [email protected], one of my links, or direct message me from the app you found me from.

— Hate art including but not limited to racism, anti-furry, and lgbtqphobia; plus anything offensive including symbols, language, and "design choices"³
— Characters under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol⁴
— Relationships depicting abuse including but not limited to pedophilia, bestiality, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and emotional abuse
¹ If I'll do fan art depends on the character
² The characters in ship art MUST be of legal age (18+), are not real life people, and must not depict any form of relationship abuse
³ Regarding "design choices", im mostly referring to "donut lips" and other racist caricatures
⁴ Cigarettes, beer bottles, and wine glasses are ok as props, the character cannot be visibly under the influence
